A luxurious king size box spring bed (H2/H3) provides excellent sleeping comfort, while a 50 inch Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV provides high class evening TV entertainment. In addition, the apartment offers a wardrobe with mirrored doors, as well as a small lounge area with armchair, cocktail table and chaise longue with spring core bed function (90 x 200cm) providing excellent sleeping comfort for a total of up to three persons (Please note: Rental price EUR 1.195,00 per month includes utilities for only 1 person.
