Hi! We are renting out our lovely apartment, located directly facing the Spree river and the green promenade. It is on the second floor of a beautiful 19th-century building featuring historic elements like 3.70m tall ceilings, stucco, and airy rooms. We have just renovated it for ourselves and improved window insulation, flooring, installed new heating system and electric system that dramatically enhance living quality. Also, we have installed customer in-builds pretty much everywhere to offer space for daily clatter. We have two kids ourselves and designed the apartment to suit our needs. Hence it's ideal for families or two adults. The area - Moabit part of Mitte is super lively. Bundesratufer is perhaps one of the most romantic places of the area with the promenade that takes you kilometers up Friedrichstraße by foot. At the same time it's walking distance from S Bahn, U Bahn and single digit minute count to supermarket, shopping, gyms, late-night stores, cafés. The Internet works like a charm.
