Eingebaut wurden 3-fach verglaste Holzfenster, neue Leitungen, Solartherme, das Haus wurde gedämmt und das Dach neu gedeckt.

EG:Waschküche, Kellerraum, Schuppen und Garten
1.OG: Wohnküche und Wohnzimmer, angrenzende Zwischenetage mit großem Bad und Gäste WC
2.OG: 2 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer
3.OG: 2 Schlafzimmer
Im unteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich noch eine vermietete Einliegerwohnung (1 Person). Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hauseingang und somit ist sie praktisch separat begehbar.
Direkt gegenüber vom Hauseingang befindet sich ein Tiefgaragenplatz
