The location is ideal for anyone wanting to experience all Vienna has to offer and also stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a huge "Spar" grocery store (my american girlfriend swears it is as large as those in the US) located two blocks away, a less than five minutes walk. The Spar grocery store is located next to a beautiful community park with several impressive playgrounds, a charming cafe where you can eat outside, a dog park, community garden, and lots of green space.
