In der Nähe gibt es so alles, was das Herz begehrt (übrigens auch 3 Bioläden, und ein Fitnessstudio sogar im gleichen Häuserblock), man ist auch gut mit DB (Köln West) und Bimmelbahnen (Friesenplatz, Hans-Böckler-Platz) angebunden.
Der Vermieter ist sehr entspannt, habe Ihn nach Einzug auch nur einmal gesehen, als er zusammen mit mir eine Tür repariert hat, besser geht es also nicht aus Mietersicht. Sobald ich jemanden zum Tauschen gefunden habe, würde ich das dann mit ihm besprechen.
Ich wollte mich vergrößern und bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung mit folgenden Kriterien:
- 60+ m²
- mit Dachterasse oder Südbalkon
- gerne loftartig
