Grillen oder Bierchen trinken einlädt. Da du durch Niklas Zimmer auf die Dachterrasse gehst, solltet ihr natürlich etwas Rücksicht nehmen. Niklas hat seine Tür jedoch ständig offen, sodass der Nutzung der Dachterasse nichts im Wege steht :-)
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Herd mit Ofen und eine SPÜLMASCHINE!!
Auch das übliche Küchenzubehör ist weitgehend vorhanden. Jedoch verlässt die Kaffeemaschine mit Anne unsere WG. Wenn du also zufällig eine hast, sammelst du auf jeden Fall Pluspunkte.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in Buchforst. Hier ist alles was du brauchst!

Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße, du solltest also nicht super lärmempfindlich sein.
Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Balkon und alle anderen lebensnotwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Unsere alte Mitbewohnerin wird z. B. den Staubsauger mitnehmen, also Bonus Points, wenn du die Lücke füllen kannst, ansonsten wird das eine Gemeinschaftsanschaffung. :)
Lage:
Die Wohnung ist rechtsrheinisch, in einem der kleinsten Viertel in Köln gelegen. Dementsprechend ist es hier eher ruhig, man hat aber im Grunde alles was man braucht und man ist super angebunden. Zum Hbf sind es nur zwei Stationen mit der S11 oder S6 und mit der

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung in der man gut mit den Öffis angebunden ist. Die s6 und s11 fahre alle 10 min und man ist in 5 min Köln Hbf. Ausserdem hält 5 min zu fuß entfernt die 3 damit ist man in 15 min in der Innenstadt. Rewe und Lidl sind zu Fuß in ca 8 min zu erreichen.
