eine gut geschnittene Dachgeschoss Wohnung direkt am Regerplatz (4. Stock, ohne Fahrstuhl).
Die Wohnung hat offiziell 49m², wirkt aber viel größer aufgrund der Dachschrägen, welche ja nur zur Hälfte in die Quadratmeterberechnung einfließen.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett, jung und alt gemischt. Vermietet wird über eine Hausverwaltung. Ich bin vor 2 Jahren eingezogen, mein Vormieter hatte zuvor 13 Jahre in dieser Wohnung gelebt. Die Hausverwaltung hatte vor meinem Einzug auf eigene Kosten die Wohnung gestrichen und die Mietkosten sind seit mittlerweile 15 Jahren nicht erhöht worden. Alles sehr fair.

The room is near the city center, close to every public transportation. It has a nice balcony and a lot of different kinds of restaurants, cafe's and shops are very near.
I am a photographer, travelling a. lot and working for the bavarian Television. On free days I live with my family outside munich, near Stuttgart.
