The rent in our house is "auctioned", an amount between 250 € and 350 € could be a guideline for a realistic rent including all utilities as well as electricity and internet for your room.

Parkmöglichkeiten. Das freie Zimmer ist möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank). Die Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett modernisiert. Es wurden neue Fliesen in Bad und Küche verlegt und der Holzfußboden in den allen Zimmern abgeschliffen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler. In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten (Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, GEZ). Es wird keine Nachzahlung geben. Ein Waschtrockner ist ebenfalls im Bad zur freien Nutzung vorhanden.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto oder DM sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
